General Magazines:
- Click the “down” arrow under “LiLI Databases” to choose from the drop-down list.
- Scroll down to select Info Trac OneFile.
- Click “List.”
- Enter user name and password for the Gale Databases.
- Click on Info Trac OneFile (blue text) to
enter the database.
Newspapers:
- Click the “down” arrow under “LiLI
Databases” to choose from the drop-down list.
- Scroll down and select ProQuest National Newspapers.
- Click "List.”
- Enter user name and password for the Gale Databases.
- Click on ProQuest
National Newspapers (blue text) to enter the database.
- Search by “Publication” using the green tabs at the top, or use the
“Advanced Search” to limit your search results to full-text articles.
Journals
- Click the "down" arrow under “LiLI Databases” to choose from the drop-down list.
- Scroll down to select Academic OneFile.
- Click “List.”
- Enter the user name and password for the Gale Databases.
- Click on Academic OneFile (blue text) to
enter the database.
Search Within a Specific Magazine or Journal:
- Enter search terms and click on "More Search Options" below.
- Find "by publication title" and enter the magazine or journal title.
- You can also limit the articles to full-text by clicking in the box provided.
- Click on the big blue
button or press enter on your keyboard.
Search for a Specific Topic:
- Enter search terms and click on "More Search Options" below.
- You can limit the articles to full-text by clicking in the box provided.
- Click on the big blue
button or press enter on your keyboard.
- You can click on "Advanced Search" at the top of the screen in the blue highlighted area for more search options.
