Traveling Idaho's History and Geology
R.G. Robertson
Wednesday, August 18, 7:00 PM
A self-proclaimed "trivia junkie", R.G. Robertson turned his curiosity about Idaho into a blend of literary snapshots illustrating the sometimes wild, sometimes quirky, but always interesting geologic and historical events that created the Idaho we see today.
Travel with Robertson to the times when McCall was on the Pacific coast, Sacajawea reunited with her family and fellow Lemhi Shoshone, and warm-hearted Peg Leg Annie of Rocky Bar quelled the occasional ruckus with her revolver.
Robertson will also introduce his newest book, Competitive Struggle, containing histories and stories of America's Western fur trading posts from 1764 - 1865.
